Sitting at the top of our heads as a crown, this chakra is our connection to the divine consciousness within as well as without.

Why finding your own truth is the most important path you will ever walk
I believe that although there are a lot of spiritual teachers, meditation gurus and incredible yogis out there, it is important to always come back to yourself. Never forget to ask yourself ''Does this resonate with me ?'' What I’m trying to say here is that there are probably as many truths as there are souls, so find yours and live it.
