At the beginning of a new year, I like to choose a general theme for the year to come by choosing one word – a word of the year.A word of the year is a world that resonates with you and that you choose to focus your energy on, to live by, to journal about, to apply in your decisions and to reflect on all year long.This is a little tradition that I’ve started a few years ago and I just love how having one word to describe what I wish to bring into my life helps me to have vision, and to stay true to my goals all year long.How about you, what’s your word of the year ?
